Because VIVIESCAS INC provides highly customized software engineering and infrastructure development services, our refund policies are structured differently than off-the-shelf software products.
Custom Engineering Contracts
For custom platform development, membership architectures, and micro-SaaS builds, payments are divided into milestone-based tranches (typically a deposit, a midpoint payment, and a final deployment payment).
- Initial Deposits: Once an initial deposit is paid and the architectural design phase has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers the immediate allocation of engineering resources and strategic planning.
- Mid-Project Cancellations: If you choose to terminate a project before completion, you are not obligated to pay future milestones. However, previous milestone payments are non-refundable, and you will receive all code and assets completed up to the date of cancellation.
Retainer Services
For ongoing infrastructure maintenance or fractional engineering retainers, you may cancel your agreement at any time with a 30-day written notice. You will be billed for the final 30 days, but no refunds will be issued for past months of service.
Disputes and Adjustments
If you believe there has been a billing error, or if the delivered software fundamentally fails to meet the specifications outlined in your Statement of Work, please contact our support team immediately. We will work diligently to rectify the technical issue or, at our sole discretion, adjust the invoice accordingly.
